By engaging with R.E.A.L. and submitting payment for any consulting services, programs, or digital offerings, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to R.E.A.L. are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, it is final. No exceptions will be made for cancellations, unused services, or dissatisfaction with results. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
2. No Guarantees or Promises
R.E.A.L. provides life coaching services intended to offer guidance, insights, and strategic recommendations. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, financial improvements, or business success. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent all results or promises.
3. Client Responsibility
You understand that any decisions made based on our consulting, coaching, or educational materials are solely your responsibility. R.E.A.L. shall not be held liable for any actions taken or not taken, financial losses, or business decisions made as a result of our services.
4. Scope of Service
Services are provided based on the package or engagement agreed upon at the time of payment. Additional services or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by R.E.A.L., including but not limited to reports, resources, templates, and documents, are protected intellectual property and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed without express written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. However, this does not include information that is publicly available or independently obtained.
7. Disclaimer
R.E.A.L. is not a licensed financial advisor, tax consultant, or legal professional. The information and services provided are for educational and consulting purposes only and do not constitute professional financial or legal advice. 8. Modification of Terms
R.E.A.L. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
